Clover City, California.
A city by the ocean recognized for it's diverse culture and strikingly clean crime record. How? Simple. For years an underground community full of 'gifted' humans, a vampire or two, some werewolves and your occasional demon has been thriving, keeping one another in line--along with the people of the city. Some are more public about it while others would rather die than let it be known.
So what's the problem?
Popping up all over the city have been strings of murders all completely unrelated. Some scenes are mild while others are too graphic for R-rated movies, and none of the victims seem to have any connection to one another what so ever.
Who's responsible? That's for you to decide.

A redshirt is a stock character, used frequently in Star Trek, whose primary purpose in the plot of a story is to die soon after being introduced, thus demonstrating the dangerous circumstances faced by the main characters. The term originates from the science fiction television series Star Trek, in which security officers wear red shirts and are often killed on field missions under the aforementioned circumstances.

But here they just exist so our little psychopaths have somebody to kill. Yes, literally, they are nobody. So, let's kill 'em. Just post the code in here and an admin will get to it when they feel like it.

You have to reserve one to kill it.
No, you do not have to be one of the specific murderers to kill someone.
There have to be people in the 'killme' section for something to be reserved.
Once they're killed, they will be put under the 'killed' section.
